NATURA BAFA FOOD Our fruits and vegetables come from our own garden and the villages in the neighbourhood and the eggs are mostly supplied by our own hens : everything fresh what the season brings and by the preparation mostly olive oil is used. Water can be obtained for free when you stay in our hotel; we ask our guests not to throw away their plastic bottles but to fill them up at one of our water-machines with (cold) water.   Our breakfast and fixed evening meal (tabldot) are served as an open buffet with a main dish with meat or fish, several vegetable dishes, soup, starters, salades and a sweet or fresh fruit. The special smokey taste of our wood-oven gives even a simple peace of chicken an amazing fine taste. 
Filtre coffee and several teas accompany our breakfast with a great variety of mostly home-made ingredients and with home baked bread varieties and also our yoghurt and some cheese are home made. Special dinner and lunch arrangements can be made; our speciality is vegetarian dishes and ale from lake bafa.
